The person named is not an applicant under the Young Farmer Scheme. The person named submitted a 2015 Private Contract Clause application to my Department seeking the transfer of land and entitlements by lease as transferee. She has also submitted an application for an allocation of Basic Payment Scheme entitlements under the Scottish Derogation measure. Outstanding issues with the transferor in the Private Contract Clause application are currently preventing the processing of these applications.
