Deputy Peter Fitzpatrick asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if a parliamentary assistant to a Teachta Dála, who is a Minister, has the same entitlement to apply for voluntary early retirement as a parliamentary assistant to a Teachta Dála who is not a Minister; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
