The person named submitted an application under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme which was received in the Department on 1 May 2015. The application was processed with an initial payment issuing to the nominated bank account of the person named in December 2015. A subsequent appeal regarding an over claim was received and has now been adjudicated on. Accordingly, a further payment issued to the herd owner in January 2016. An Official from my Department will contact the herd owner directly to clarify the matter.
