Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Defence the status of a request for a transfer by a member (details supplied) of the Reserve Defence Force; when he will make a decision on this; the reason for the delay; if he will take the personal circumstances of the person into account; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
