Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the number of the new units leased under the social housing current expenditure programme, SHCEP, scheme in 2015 and 2014 that were leased from private landlords and developers; the number of those that were under the Part V scheme; the number of the new SHCEP units in 2014 and 2015 that were leased from National Asset Residential Property Services Limited and to provide a similar breakdown of the total current stock under SHCEP.
