Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for Health the number of orthodontic treatments that the Health Service Executive has outsourced for patients who are waiting over four years for routine orthodontic treatment and for how many patients; the hospitals these treatments have been outsourced to; how many patients are waiting one, two, three and more than four years for these treatments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
