Deputy Josepha Madigan asked the Minister for Health the reason there has been a delay in the commencement of Part 2 of the Children and Family Relationships Act, concerning donor-assisted human reproduction; if he will provide a timeline for commencement of this section; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The detailed preparatory work required to facilitate the commencement of Parts 2 and 3 of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 is under way involving officials from my Department.
