Deputy Eugene Murphy asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) who was advised that of the entitlement to an external review of treatment received at Portiuncula Hospital has now been told that the person will not receive an external review, in view of the fact the reviewers are now appointed by the national forum and this particular case does not fall within its criteria.
