Deputy Anne Rabbitte asked the Minister for Health the reason for a change of policy by the HSE west (details supplied) to convalescent care discharge from UCHG and Portiuncula hospital; and if the HSE will revert to policy committed to in 2012 which respects a person's right to choose the location they receive care.
