Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number and type of farm inspections, cross-compliance and so on carried out in 2015 and 2016; the number of breaches found; the types of breaches; the number of penalties imposed on farmers (details supplied); the breakdown of the size of the individual monetary penalties imposed, by county; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
