180. Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Education and Skills if the stage 2(b) cost check for a school (details supplied) has been submitted to his Department for approval; if tender documents have been submitted for approval; when sanction to seek tenders will be approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has not yet received a Stage 2B submission for the project to which the Deputy refers.

As soon as the Stage 2b submission is received it will be reviewed. On completion of the review my Department will revert to the school authority with a timeframe to proceed to tender and construction.
