Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Education and Skills if an application for additional school accommodation in respect of a primary school (details supplied) has been received; and if so, the date on which this application will receive further consideration and-or a final decision. I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has recently received an application for additional accommodation from the school in question.

The application will be assessed and a decision will be conveyed to the school authority as soon as the assessment process has been completed.
