Deputy Peter Burke asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of persons at assistant principal level under the aegis of his Department due to retire in the next six months due to age in counties Galway, Mayo, Roscommon and Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no officials at Assistant Principal Officer level assigned to offices in the counties mentioned by the Deputy.
