Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of participants in each year of the 2014 to 2020 CAP for pillar 1 payments; the amount allocated and expended in each year respectively; the budget allocations for 2018, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
