While Transition Year programme is available to all second level schools, it is a matter for the board of management of each individual school to decide whether or not to offer the programme to students and if offered, the board of management decides on the number of places that are available to students to participate in Transition Year.

My Department does not have information on which schools have a limit on the number of places in Transition Year available to students.
