View answerThe review of eligibility to apply for Caranua is confined to the issue of eligibility of persons who may access the fund. No other issues form part of the review.
The draft terms of reference were published on the website of the Department of Education and Skills on 13 February 2017 and submissions were invited with a closing date of 8th March 2017.
The review will be published in the coming weeks.
