View answerThe Local Community Development Programme (LCDP) was launched on 1 January 2010; it superseded the Local Development Social Inclusion Programme (LDSIP) and the Community Development Programme (CDP). The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) replaced the LCDP from 1 April 2015 in most parts of the country.
Funding under the various Programmes for the years in question are outlined in the following table:
