210. Deputy Tom Neville asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when an application for domiciliary care will be finalised for persons (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10222/18]
View answerThis domiciliary care allowance claim has been finalised. This lady was notified on the 24 February 2018 that her domiciliary care allowance has been awarded from the 1st July 2017. Arrears due for this period will issue with her March 2018 payment on the 20th March 2018.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
