Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if participants were able to fully draw down a payment under the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine agri-environmental scheme in addition to the National Parks and Wildlife Service farm plan scheme in each of the years from 2006 to 2010.
