View answerThe Press Office of my Department liaises with the media on behalf of my Department as well as all Ministers. The engagement of external expertise is generally only considered where the issues involved require expert skills or capabilities that are not readily available within my Department. No invoices were issued to my Department by the company in question between 2007 and 2017 nor did my Department make any payments to this company.
