Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government if grants payable under the Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems (Financial Assistance) Regulations 2013, that is, SI No. 222 of 2013, are paid on approval or on completion of the agreed work; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems (Financial Assistance) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 222 of 2013) provide that a grant for qualifying works is only payable on completion of those works and in compliance with a number of criteria.
