Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if the INIS has access to an ink stamp to appropriately endorse a passport allowing a person to remain in the State (details supplied) on a stamp 1 basis and seek employment without the requirement for an employment permit; if not, if it will be supplied with same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
