The Minister and the Department have been kept informed of an External review commissioned last year by University Limerick Hospital Group, regarding patients with CPE.  The HSE has advised that the Review has been completed and the report will be published shortly which will provide information on the management of CPE in University Hospital Limerick. The scope and conduct of Reviews are covered by HSE Policy.  The HSE continues to update the Department on this matter.
