Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if his attention has been drawn to breaches of animal welfare regulations at a farm (details supplied) in north County Wexford; if inspectors have been called to the premises; and his views on the general situation regarding poor conditions on some farms in which animal carcasses have been left to rot to the detriment of the health and welfare of animals and humans present.
