Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the way in which persons with lifelong or long-term medical incontinence can apply for the annual support of €75 to help support the average annual cost of disposal of incontinence products which was announced on 27 June 2017.
