506. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the status of a carer's support grant application by a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28663/18]
View answerAn application for Carer's Support Grant was received in my Department on 20 April 2018 from the person concerned. Having fully considered the application a Deciding Officer has now awarded the 2018 Carer's Support Grant to the person concerned. An amount of €1,700 will be lodged to her nominated bank account on Thursday 12 July 2018.
