View answerThe purpose of the modest amount of capital investment undertaken by my Department, and the Office of Government Procurement therein, is to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency across the Civil and Public Service. While the counties of Meath and Louth benefit from my Department’s reform plans by delivering a more effective Civil and Public Service, this capital expenditure is primarily invested in IT systems that are developed and maintained in the Department's Dublin offices.
