120. Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Education and Skills the progress to date with the construction of a school (details supplied) which commenced construction in May 2017; when construction will be completed; when the new school will be ready for occupation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40915/18]

Phase 2 of the project referred to by the Deputy includes the demolition of the existing school and construction of the permanent 32 classroom school. This particular phase of the building project commenced earlier this year and is progressing.

The contract period for this project is 24 months.
