397. Deputy Tom Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if the GLAS section will accept a review of the decision to exclude a person (details supplied) from the GLAS scheme on medical grounds; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40899/18]
View answerI am advised that there is no record of a GLAS contract in place for the applicant referred to. Department officials have been in direct contact with the Deputy's office to obtain a herd number, which is the primary GLAS identifier, for the person named. When this information is received, my officials will provide a reply directly to the Deputy concerned.
