Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health if a review will be conducted and a process commenced such that those who are entitled to full regularised posts under circular 017/2013 but who have not yet been regularised are given an automatic entitlement to their posts and redress for withheld wages or if it is intended that redress must be sought on an individual basis via the court system.
