As the Deputy is aware, my Department is in the process of acquiring the site for a new school building for the school referenced. The conveyancing process is well advanced and every effort is being made to expedite the process. The legal transaction when complete will transfer full ownership of the site in question to the Minister, and is not a lease agreement.

While conveyancing is being completed the architectural planning process for the new school is advancing. It is not anticipated that the completion of conveyancing will impact on the timelines for delivery of the building project.
