Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if her Department provided a protected disclosure from a person (details supplied) to HIQA in the course of the HIQA investigation into the management of allegations of child sexual abuse against adults of concern by Tusla, the Child and Family Agency.
