623. Deputy Thomas Byrne asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the status of an application for a partial capacity benefit by a person (details supplied). [42053/18]

Minister of State at the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection

The Department received an application for Partial Capacity Benefit from the customer concerned on Tuesday 9th October.

The claim will be processed in line with usual procedures and we have been in contact with the customer to advise him of this.
