Deputy Brendan Ryan asked the Minister for Health the outlay of funding dedicated specifically for the upgrading of Beaumont Hospital emergency department with regard to the budgetary provision; when the upgrade of Beaumont Hospital will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
