Deputy Joe Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary for the targeted agricultural modernisation schemes, TAMS II, scheme; the reason for the delay in payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. No payment can be made to this applicant as he has not yet submitted his payment claim. This has to be submitted on the online TAMS system. As the approval in place will expire on the 25 January 2019 it is important that the claim for payment is submitted prior to this date.
