168. Deputy Mick Barry asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 273 of 29 November 2017, if he will direct the Chief State Solicitor's Office to make an appropriate payment in view of the conclusion of a court case (details supplied). [44368/18]
View answerAs indicated in response to a previous Parliamentary Question by the Deputy, I am aware of the case referred to.
I would again point out that I was not a party to these legal proceedings. However, I have had further enquires made with the Chief State Solicitor's Office and I understand that that office has been in recent contact with the individual in question in connection with the matter.
