Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the number of applications for disability allowance approved and refused in each of the past eight years to date; the number of applications originally refused and subsequently appealed resulting in the overturning of an original decision in the same period; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
