Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if a company (details supplied) has undertaken work within her Department's remit to build or renovate projects over the past ten years; if so, the project name and location; the year in which it was built; if building fire safety inspections have been carried out on the projects since construction; the details of same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no record of any building or renovation works undertaken by the company referred to by the Deputy. The agencies under the remit of my Department have advised me that they have not engaged the company for any building works or renovation projects.
