Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the health and safety concerns that led to the closure of Road Safety Authority, RSA, motorcycle testing at the Tipperary driving test centre with immediate effect and which applicants were notified of by letter in August 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
