189. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if all payments due to a person (details supplied) arising from an illness benefit claim will issue; when the matter will be resolved; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [47457/18]

Unfortunately we appear to have no record of receiving an application form from the person concerned. One of my officials is contacting the person concerned today and will assist her in making an application.
