I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has approved funding for a new purpose-built facility for the school to which he refers.
The project is being devolved for delivery to the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA).
My Department is currently making the necessary arrangements to enter into a Service Level Agreement with the NDFA. This is the first step to initiate the delivery of the project.
Once the Service Level Agreement is in place, the NDFA will set up the required procedures to commence the design and construction processes.
As part of the Service Level Agreement, the NDFA will be engaging directly with the school authority to keep it informed of progress once all of the essential arrangements are in place to enable the commencement of architectural planning for the project.
