This domiciliary care allowance application has been finalised. The person concerned was notified in a letter dated 27th November 2018 that domiciliary care allowance has been awarded from 1st April 2018. This includes a back-dating payment for the maximum six months allowable in respect of the months April to September 2018. Payment will commence in December 2018 and arrears due will issue with that payment along with the 2018 Christmas bonus.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
