Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the amount prepaid to local authorities at the end of 2017 for rural development purposes; the schemes under which it was allocated, by local authority; the amount of the funding which has been spent by each local authority on each scheme to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
