The Partial Capacity Benefit claim for the person concerned has been processed and is in payment.

The claim is awarded at the "Moderate" rate of Partial Capacity Benefit. This means the person concerned will be paid 50% of their personal rate of payment .

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
