I propose to take Questions Nos. 359 and 360 together.

The matters raised in this protected disclosure were assessed and deemed to be more appropriate to be dealt with through the HSE. The papers have been referred to the Authorised Person in the HSE with responsibility for protected disclosures. Accordingly, I have referred these questions to the HSE for direct reply in relation to this case.
