Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of persons enrolled in the sheep welfare scheme who have received the 85% advance payment for 2018, by county; the number of persons who have passed all payment approval checks and are awaiting the 85% advance payment for 2018; the number of sheep welfare recipients who have yet to receive this 85% advance payment, by county in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
