View answerThe Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2018 was published on 19 December 2018. The Bill is scheduled for second stage debate in Dáil Éireann on 22, 23 and 24 January 2019 with the intention of progressing through the legislative process in the Houses of the Oireachtas as quickly as possible during the current Oireachtas session.
