Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if a public servant who has already availed of a one year extension of their service can avail of the new measures to extend their employment under the terms of the Public Service Superannuation (Age of Retirement) Act 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
