View answerThe Agriculture Appeals Office operates independently of my Department. I have been advised that the records of the Agriculture Appeals Office indicate that an appeal was received from the person named on 19 June 2018 and was assigned to an Appeals Officer. Following a full assessment of the case, a comprehensive decision letter was issued by the Appeals Officer to the appellant on 11 January 2019.
