120. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation the benefits accrued to a person (details supplied) when their pension entitlements transferred from a company to the public sector transfer network in 1974; if they were paid a lump sum at the time; the way in which this transfer improved their pension entitlements; the details of the knock-for-knock system of contributions relative to the company at operative date 30 April 1976; the effect on entitlements when they were made redundant in December 1987 by the company; the amount of redundancy received; if a record of the contributions of the person will be provided; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
